At present, education is in dire need of harmonizing with modern trends, as education has now gone from blackboard and board to computer. From elementary schools to cellbus to postgraduate level, new trends, ideas and new issues related to the present need to be recorded. So that students can meet the modern requirements for education. All of this requires a new education policy. Computer was not born here at that time but since the computer came into existence there have been revolutionary changes in education. At this time, children should be educated in the same way so that they can study according to the modern requirements. Where there is a need for alterations or modifications to the cellbus, it is imperative that the testing process be supported with modern requirements. This is possible only if the cellbus is modified. How can the test process be improved if the cellbase is decades old? The team of specialists who will be formed to modify or change the cellbus here should study the imposed cellbus in two of the four states so that they are aware of what kind of cellbus needs to be set up here. At the same time, the culture, traditions and traditions of Kashmir should be carefully considered in the new cell.
