The importance of Pakistan in curriculum education
The importance of Pakistan in curriculum education
There are two aspects of the system of education and curriculum education that can be created as a means of national unity by building on the right path, but we have the opposite. No doubt! Our country has a vested eye on Pakistan. This is the other name of our Islamic identity, so it is our eyesight. In this context, we want to create a curriculum that looks very clear on Pakistanis' perceptions of their loved ones. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to make the subject of study called Pakistan 'more relevant and exciting. In recent days, such information has emerged that the study of intermediate level studies in Punjab province will be terminated as a compulsory essay in Pakistan. These reports have caused severe concern to all patriotic constituencies. In this regard, the Pakistan Trust, in collaboration with the Punjab Professors and Lecturers' Association, organized a special meeting in Lahore on the occasion of which the Chairman of the Trust, Mr. Majeed Nizami, said that the issue first came up. I did not want to be and I am very surprised that this problem has come up in Punjab province where the Muslim League government is established and they claim to be close to the Muslim League. He also expressed his desire to make Pakistan a Pakistan of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Muhammad Iqbal. If you remove it from the curriculum of Intermediate Graduation or remove it completely, then our country will become Qaid-e-Azam and Allama Muhammad Iqbal's place in Pakistan. So far, this is just a suggestion and I hope it will not be implemented at all, but only if this happens, we will start a movement with the support of the teachers and these efforts will not be allowed to succeed. I ask the Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif to make Pakistan a part of curriculum education from primary to higher education. To ensure the protection of the country's independence and sovereignty, we must inform our brethren that the need to establish Pakistan has come to pass and what difficulties their elders faced for its establishment. ۔
Professor Rafiq Ahmed said that our policy makers must review the curriculum of highly developed countries while preparing them for education. For them, the majority of the education budget is being spent at the primary level. During the time of President General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, the subjects of Islam and study of Pakistan would be made compulsory. But later the global situation has changed drastically and due to the pressure of the US, the jihadist will be removed from the curriculum.
Dr. Ijaz Munir, from Higher Education, said that the Government of Punjab has not made any decision on the elimination of the article in Pakistan from the intermediate course. Under the 18th constitutional amendment, the responsibility of setting up curriculum has been assigned to the provincial governments. Punjab Text Book Board Chairman Shahid Ahmed Bhatta informed the participants that the government was soon setting up an AC authority in Punjab that would decide which curriculum to be taught. Prof. Ashraf Mirza, Director of the Punjab Text Book Board, said that the educational policy formulated in 2006 is currently being implemented.
In his address, Prof. Zahid Sheikh, President of the Punjab Professors and Lecturers' Association, while addressing Mr. Majeed Nizami, paid a special tribute to his national and national services and said that he was playing an important national duty by doing ideological training in racism. Professor Haneef Abbasi was of the view that the backdrop of all this play was to work with those who had no eye for Pakistan's Islamic identity. That study is devising a Pakistan article and is actually plotting to attract Pakistan from the minds of the new generation. However, Shahid Rasheed, Secretary of Pakistan Trust, performed the duties of the meeting.
